Before you vote, REALLY think about it. Think about the songs played, the tour, the crowd!

Live in Texas had probably the best version of APFMH ever performed in my opinion. It was also the first time LP had played Numb on a tour. The crowd was insane.

Rock Am Ring 2004 had some awesome intros. LP played Wish, and Hip hop Medley. The crowd rocked.

I will post my answer later, but want to see what you guys think. Don't just say Rock Am Ring because it's 2004 and "better" :P lol Try to get creative.

If you like both shows the same, which is probably me, then thats an option too.

Well, they performed better on LIT, but RAR04 was so full of life... REALLY tough decision. I'll go with LIT though. Chaz's voice was off a little too much @ RAR04.

in LIT they performed really REALLY GOOD but the band didnT have much energy like they did in RAR04 but it's all good so I think I like both the same but I have to admit that watching RAR04 with your friends is more fun

LIT, I think. The crowds were awesome and I love their perfomance of P5hing Me A*way. Tough question to answer.

That's easy for me... RaR04

Why? Because as far as I'm concerned the band was more 'freer' more 'relaxed' (you could tell by their on-stage banter, Mike's frequent swearing, Chester's "blah-blah", etc), and I loved the choice of songs, the fact they added a cover also helped for me, kind of 'revitalised' the show.

What did it for me ultimately was the new takes on their songs, most memorably 'Don't Stay' (Rob's drumwork and Joe's scratching over the backing track just gave me chills it was THAT incredible), 'Somewhere I Belong' (again, Rob's bassy drum intro) and 'Numb' (Brad's guitar riff, he should do heavier stuff more often as a challenge I think IMHO) AND the 'Wish' Nine Inch Nails cover... just freakin' awesome.

Don't get me wrong, LIT is incredible too. Esp. 'P5hing me Awy' and 'Faint' as far as performances go. That and I loved Rob's 'drum lick' segment (of course) *laughs* AND the fact they added BTS footage pre- and post- show, which I thought was also nice and tastefully done. The quality in LIT is better too, and yes, the crowd goes off. (Plus, the cameras aren't fixated on Rob or Joe's hands/nasal cavaties or Rob's hi-hats or Mike's crotch in LIT, which really irritated me in RaR04, plus Phoenix gets a bit more screen time in LIT, and seems to get mostly ignored in RaR04. Let's face it, there's more than just Chas and Mike in the band!)

Anyway, that's why. *grin* Explanation over.

LOL! Good explanations :P I think both crowds were good. Live in Texas, Mike said in an interview, was the loudest crowd response they have ever gotten (during APFMH *GO AWAY*) at a show. All the Metallica fans that liked LP, that rocked. RAR04 was freaking huge though O_O So many fans!

A lot of people think Live in Texas was edited a lot, but I really don't think so. As for Brad and his black guitar then a red one, watch the show and you'll see why :O Maybe he can't play the black one because Chaz smashes it up after APFMH *grin* About the only edits I saw were Pushing Me Away reanimated, thats when the show was cut from Houston to Dallas (I think), and during One Step Closer where everything slows down during the bridge and Shut Up. They show pictures from beforehand (like Hahn on turntables from Somewhere I Belong lol), and its all slow (but still cool). Many people don't give LIT the credit >_< However, the bad part was it DID jump around a lot...

There's my morning rant lol

I voted for both of them.
