I think forumloiterer means like their "Street Credit", like how popular and that they are now days....i dunno im just guessing......
if thats the case then i reckon they are doing really good, i think they have dropped slightly in popularity but they are doing F***ing awesome for themselves at the moment

I agree. They're doing great.
However, next album is make or break.

I reallly hope it's make it. However, if they do more stuff like collision course then I think its break it. (not that I'm saying I don't like collision couse, just it wasn't as good as HT or meteora).

A collab album is an album, hinted by the word "album".

Personally.. i think people who are already LP fans think that their popularity is big now. But if you actually think about it.. they are slipping. I mean.. its been almost 3 years since a new album came out. Collision Course didnt really move them up or down at all. I barely hear any of their songs on the radio anymore. The ones Ive heard lately are In the End and Numb and once in a while they have Breaking the Habit but thats it. So until Mike's album comes out or LP's comes out.. their popularity will be low..
Thats just my opinion..

3 years since an album came out? wtf? Meteora isn't even 2 years old :O Remember, LP isn't like Korn and releases an album all the time for the hell of it. They take their time and get awesome albums with new sounds, that always put them at the top of the charts. Give them time. They're about to get into the studio.

Yea, but i_love_mike_shinoda2 has a point. They aren't THAT popular in Australia. Even if they do have quality albums, they arn't that popular...But, I think they have all the popularness they need. I mean they got heaps good fans, what more do they want?

I think in the USA they are really popular but for some odd reason those shitty mix stations like to ruin their big spot light by putting them up against their (The mix station's) type of music like Usher, Bowling for Soup and all this crap. Then when LP get down in like the top 50 they look bad because they are putting them up against like little Teenie Bopper crap. So they should totally get all LP related songs off of the mix stations.
I just had to blurt that out. But yeah, hopefully we are both talking about the same thing.
I agree with Hahninator, atleast they don't go out and make albums for the hell of it like Korn does. But yeah they do put alot of work into their albums and the fans really get what they have been waiting for.

I don't even hear Linkin Park songs on the radio on here. Like EVER lol. Which was probably why I kinda found out about LP much later than most of you here. I was being spoon-fed rap and pop haha xD! Over here, not really many people talk about LP. Their popularity is kinda low I guess, but people still have an interest in them, just because they have good music. That's definately something at least! I wouldn't care how popular they are ever, even if they were uhh... the most unpopularest band out there, I'll still be a huge fan lmao ^.^ I definately can't wait for a new LP album and Fort Minor. I already have the money put aside as well just in case I blow it all on clothes as usual haha...

In the UK, they would be about here:
10|--x-------0----------|-10
Over here, it's like one extreme or the other.
For example:
There are people who like R'n'B and that other crap, and then theres the people who like slipknot etc. LP are kinda in the middle, because of the blend of music styles.
IDK.

lol! We use to have better radio stations over here, now the good ones all died, and I don't listen to the radio anymore. They never play any good songs >< I think the online radios are actually better, thats where I find new music and artists.
