Hidden things in LP's sites

I was on the LP Official Message Boards and in the top right-hand corner there is a picture that looks like this http://forums.linkinpark.com/images/misc/lpmb2/global/ithinkimturningjapanese.gif
If you hold your mouse over it, it says "konichiwa lp-san" but if you right click and save it, its called "ithinkimturningjapanese.gif" :p

I dont know who named it that... but I thought that was pretty funny and was wondering if there any other 'hidden' random/funny things in any of LP's other sites...
