remix compitition

i was thinkin about makin a remix copitition defining a particular lp song to remix it and determining a time to end the remixes ....
this is my idea and waitin 4 ur opinions

So like you pick a song and every one tries to make a remix of that one song and then you can put up a poll or something where people can vote for the best? I think thats kinda what you mean... sounds pretty good.

nah, its too biased already. People already know who the "best" remixers are. there wouldnt give anyone else a chance.

well why not have the remix comp in seperate catorgories...
for eg: 10 - 12
13 - 15
16 - 18 etc etc

or like skill level....like beginner, average, good, great etc

And there are some inconsistent remixers (me being one) and im sure fansince1999 is a lil inconsistent.

yea, I dont know what you mean, "inconsistent" does not sound really good.

I like the competition idea, although we already have an idea about who are skilled remixer and who are not, we could make this competition, i am in favour !

but I NEED LONG TIME TO MAKE GOOD REMIXES !!! no hurries !

I like shadowfax1007's idea of having it in separate categories, that way everybody has a fair chance.

But I think I am good, but when I posted my remixes, no one downloaded it and stuff. When SalmanLP or someone else puts them up, everyone downloads them because they were here longer than I was. Its not fair because people already think they know who the best remixer is.

You should do it on song rate......if you made like 10 or more mixes then your like in one catagory ect.(cuz obviously if u make that much you must be kinda good.)

And I think categorys is an ok idea, but it would be really hard to figure out where to place people... :)
