Other songs with that LP 'feel'

I was just listenin to Sum 41's album "Chuck" and there was a song on there called "There's No Soulution" and I was thinking "This kinda reminds me of LP a little..." and then like a minute later I was sitting there reading the review of the album and this is part of what it said...

I was like... "Wow, thats strange, Im not the only one who thought that" :eek:


So I was wondering... What other songs by other artists do you think kinda sound like LP or that have that LP 'feel' that we all love so much?

Ex. "There's No Solution" - Sum 41

ive thought of a few before....once i heard a song that totally sounded like lp n they named it something lp related n said it was by lp but at the end they were like check out our band n then some website

somebody once told me of a band called ill nino... said that they totally imitate LP... i've heard some of their songs, and the style is pretty similar... but LP is 100000 times better... ill nino sux (in my opinion)... but it does kinda sound like LP

usually you don't hear stuff that is anything like lp. lp are so unique, no band sounds like them. in fact, most nu-metal bands have their own sound that really no one can copy. that's probly one of the reasons i love nu-metal so much

the beginning of a song called quarter void by D'espairsRay reminds me of LP, but only up to the point when the vocalist starts to sing.

The song 'Bullet With Your Name' by Scars Of Life sounds a bit like LP. SOL are an awesome band, for those of you who havent heard of em go check em out

almost all,but not all,almost all the bands have their own style but i guess some of that bands get to a point where they have to copy someone.....yeah sum41 sounds like lp,evanescence was kinda like a feminine lp but i don't wanna fight anyone...i guess it's all a matter of tastes.....
yeah,i see more and more ppl everyday trying to copy what lp do...videos and lyrics,the sound of the songs....but what they gain with that is that they are considered artists with lack of inspiration-nothing more and nothing less
what those other artists (that try to steal other ppl's work) have to know is that they are never gonna have a special place in ppl's heart and in the music industry if they continue stealing....so my advice for them would be -be original

theres one song that my brothers band does thats a little like and LP song. i dont konw the name of it but it really reminds me of LP

I just downloaded that Theres no solution song,and it reminded me of LP so much!
Wow.

I dont know any other songs that remind me of Linkin Park,because their sound is so unique.

LP essentially created a Genre so it will be hard to find someone with a similar sound.

i met some people whose band just plays for fun and they're inspiration is lp. i'll see if i can get some of their songs on you send it. they're pretty good.

some of them are good others aren too good at trying to be like LP they just try to hard.

i dont think ill nino sound anything like linkin park. ill nino are a more heavier band. no where near as good as lp tho.
