Ive just heard something about a album called Splitting the DNA that LP apparentley made...anyone got any info?

what's wrong with it? It's a 2cd album which includes demos, a live concert performance. The CD2 includes all songs Chester sang with his previous band, Gray Daze (from albums "wake me" and "no sun today").

it can be found on bittorren, and p2p places... i dont think its all that good.. most of the live songs arnt as good as most live songs i have heard. umm its really worth it for the cd2 tho! just my thoughts

Splitting the DNA is NOT an offical LP cd. It is...

[Disk 1] features the "Hybrid Theory EP" tracks, a few demos, and Many Live tracks...
[Disk 2] features all Grey Daze tracks from both their "Wake Me" and "No Sun Today" albums

Bascially it is nothing special and you should NOT bother buying it from somewhere, they will rip you off. All of the songs you can download. [I believe you can get it here... http://www.linkin-inside.com/index_0.htm ...as listed in FanSince1999 's earlier post]

After I got the Under Attack album, I then later on found out that some of the songs were from Grey Daze. I Just Want Your Company is my favorite song from that album. When I first heard it, I was like "This doesn't sound like Chester. Chester swears alot in this song. Or...maybe it is Chester before he was with Linkin Park." I just went to that (hed)PE website and watched the "Bartender" video which was really I Just Want Your Company from the Under Attack album. And now that I find out that the whole album was fake, I feel like I've just gotten punk'd. :p
