i have a question,

for the LPU, there are two options to sign up for, the online only one and the axcess3. does the axcess3 one include the online ones deals or is it completely different?

There are 2 options. Online only, and regular. The regular one (which is 20$ + 5$ S&H) has all the online features and comes with the package which has a t-shirt, member ID card, postcards, and various other things.
